Dr Anoshia Fahad, MD, is an Associate Staff Physician in the Gastroenterology Department at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Digestive Disease Institute. She has extensive experience managing gastrointestinal emergencies, inflammatory bowel disease, viral hepatitis, liver disease and performing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures such as colonoscopy, upper GI endoscopy, variceal band ligation, polypectomy and PEG tube insertion. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi she served as Consultant Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist at Dr Ruth K.M. Pfau Civil Hospital, Karachi, Pakistan, affiliated with Dow University of Health Sciences. She has a strong interest in research on conditions such as H. pylori infection, GERD and liver disease, and has presented locally and internationally.
